Overview
It was contested by 16 teams, and FK Željezničar Sarajevo won the championship. The season was the second and the last season consist of clubs from Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina only. In the next season, six clubs from Republika Srpska joined the league and First League of the Republika Srpska became one of the second level of Bosnia and Herzegovina league pyramid.
